I have attended many city walking tours… I have attended many city walking tours throughout India and Strode’’s tour was the best of them all. They made jaipur history and it’s people come alive. On this tour I experienced the history, traditions and culture of the people of Rajasthan though the great story telling ability of Ahnnik, our host. His warmth, wit and willingness to truly interact with the tour group made for a special experience. This tour is simply not to be missed.

They skillfully tailored our experience to align with our individual interests and travel preferences. Our dedicated travel host, now a good dear friend, Kabir, orchestrated a remarkable journey throughout Udaipur, leaving no logistical concerns for us to ponder. It struck the ideal balance between tranquility and excitement. Strode is the best in the business! I completely trust all their hosts to facilitate the absolute best imaginable experience, to wherever they are available on earth. Their attention to detail is second to none while being a startup, well coordinated life changing adventures - Marwari horses to elephant water splashing was the most fun part for me in every sense. I loved that phrase which Kabir once said - ‘get lost to find yourself’ that’s stuck with me for a good time now. What a great 3 days in Udaipur! Firstly, let me be honest to say that I was skeptical till my last moment to book with you guys because everything you talked about and showed on your website was too good be true and I dont trust it mostly while travelling due to many bad experiences in Croatia, Morocco and a few more countries. I even stopped taking trips where local operators were involved for a good period of 2015 to 2020 but when I found about Strode while researching about my Rajasthan trip, you had all the information that I needed so it made a lot easier to plan everything in just a few hours so that was a plus. When I reached the airport and found met our taxi guy I felt a lot relieved. Coming to my trip I want to thank you guys for suggesting that villa stay with Devika, she was a perfect host and everyone experience host from your team - I met only 3 but all 3 of them, Kudos to their effort, they did everything that was possible. However, there are just a few suggestions which your team should take positively - I wanted to do a mining visit near Udaipur as your website talked about it but your team mentioned later that there’s no itinerary like such which disappointed me because if somehow they could’ve made that arrangement my dream of visiting a mining site would’ve come to life and my second feedback is - all your initiative were largely sustainable but why not the cabs? I was surprised to see that you were using gasoline cabs when the electric cars have already entered the market - i appreciate your ebikes, they were simply amazing - but you should not use cabs in my view and should just use and offer ebikes if that’s possible because they were simply great. I could use them everywhere practically since the range of 80 Kms was greate to covers Udaipur city.But, yeah rest everything from onground management to customer service everything was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Thankyou for making Udaipur so memorable! Burhan starts this tour off really well, sharing their personal story and perspectives on this amazing city of lakes and its humans - a one of a kind tour the likes of which I’ve never experienced!!! We had two planned guests, a clown lady and a national award winning artist, both of whom are giving back to their community building on their experiences, and both of whom had amazing stories to tell! It felt wholly organic and authentic. I can see why Burhan fell in love with this place and its humans!!!
