Company is a sham Company is a sham. Still waiting on a full refund six months after they cancelled my reservation 18 hours before check-in. Everyone up to the CEO and his supposed attorney have been unhelpful in resolving. After digging into this mess, we have discovered others who have had the same issue with cancelled reservations, continued stall tactics, and ultimately no refund. I encourage anyone to search the lawsuits served against their leadership in Austin, Bexar, and Harris counties. The practices displayed by the company are a pattern, predatory, and criminal. STAY AWAY. Update: While the response to this review is cute pointing out reviews and lawsuits my company has settled and moved on from, it also demonstrates the continued lack of integrity this company operates with while deflecting that they have stolen thousands of dollars from multiple people. Not a surprise at the continued, pathetic tactics deployed by their c-suite.

Best travel experience yet What an amazing trip we had down in the Virgin Islands. Our family would like to thank StayRoman and Claire for our spectacular trip. Everything from our chef to our private yacht was well executed. All our activities were on time and set to a higher standard and when plans changed, Claire adapted to our needs and was highly communicative. . Though we paid luxury premium prices, taking the half out of dinner reservations, finding rides, and the memories alone were worth it. We will definitely be booking again.
