CAA complete scam A complete scam. DO NOT PURCHASE. I bought 2 passes and only attended one. The other attractions were fully booked and an event was happening for the Riley's Aquarium. We thought, no problem we'll go another day, only problem is CityPASS hid the fact that you have to use the tickets within 9 days so when we rescheduled our visit, it was too late. Never again!

GBVery happy with our CityPASS Very happy with our CityPASS We bought the 5 top attractions CityPASS for our group trip to NYC - booking all our time-slots at our chosen destinations before we set off for USA. I even managed to cancel + reshedule our first attraction at the last-minute when our flight was delayed - so, an easy experience with CityPASS. Having everything pre-booked, not only gave peace of mind, but also a good starting point + structure to our trip, so that other activities could be planned around our schedule. The Passes gave us admittance to a few surprise 'extras' as well, which was a bonus

GBNYC 2022 We purchased the CityPASS upfront after reading reviews on many different types of advanced tickets. We were not disappointed. We used the CityPASS for Top Of The Rock (Rockerfeller), The Empire State, 9/11 Memorial, Circle line sightseeing cruise and the American Museum of Natural History. We booked each activity in advance and did almost no queuing in New York. I would definitely recommend CityPASS and I will use them again in my future trips to NYC.

GBGood value-some attractions could make life easier Nothing bad to say about the pass- we used for five great attractions (upgrading one with Circle Line). Most were straightforward from the CityPass site (Empire State, Intrepid, Top of the Rock' which was logical and straightforward to use. The AMNH and Circle Line needed to be done via their own sites, but as long as you read this up before it was not too difficult. The AMNH included special exhibitions and the planetarium.

GBQuestionable customer service and value is lacking Many issues with this service. It would do them better to actually have service at each site and reconsider their Ts & Cs than automatically send you their terms and refuse a refund outright. After my complaints, I did receive a partial refund from sickness, but this should not be such a hard thing to fight for. I am raising their marks to 3*. They need a lot more work and I'd be hesitant in suggesting them as a supplier but at least they did respond.
