First time using Fly Channel This is my first time buying plane tickets from fly channel and I am really happy that I was able to get a big discount on my tickets. I have to say that agent Patrick Wilson also contributed by helping me understand all questions I have about my upcoming flight.

Cancelled flights - 6 months after still no refund I bought 6 tickets in May 2023 for a trip in December 2023. Delta cancelled the flight. No one ever informed me. I realised it was cancelled in November because I could not see my flight on Delta's application. Called Flights Channel for a refund right away. They said I should get it in January 2024. Did not get it. As of today, still have not got my refund.

ALERT ALERT! This is the horrible flight agency. PEOPLE DO NOT BOOK your flight with this. They're cheater and lier. They ask you at the beginning to leave a good comment for them, so they give you a good price. Then they change your flight and time to give you a cheaper flight without notify you. They are THE WORST flight agency. They don't answer the phone once your flight is booked and they changed it.

Great online travel agency I'm glad I purchased my flight with this online travel agency, communication was great and Patrick Wilson was very helpful. Flights are cheaper with Flights Channel, rather than other travel agencies.
