Booked tickets Booked tickets, called back and tried to change routing and time. Two days later they called back offering a better deal on original flights. Placed order. Five days later still no tickets. Said airlines cancelled my reservation. Fortunately, my card was not charged. Just wasted five days trying to book 3 tickets.

Overwhelming help by Steve. The agent Steve who handled my phone was able to help me above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a later than 6am flight and was willing to pay a fee. Not only Steve accepted to reduce my fee by $50 by putting me on a direct flight to go, but he put me on a direct flight fir the return without me asking and without any extra fees. Steve showed himself to be very professional, knowledgeable about his job, respectful with me as a customer and very generous. I would like to recommend him and work with him in the future.

Thanks Ashley and Mike! This experience was crazy! We had couple “wrong” numbers pop up with verification on payment from our bank, after Mike Finally figured it all out , after taking the time , going out of his way and figuring out fixing it, it got done.
