He was very patient and cordial, and he found an excellent itinerary at a cost lower than anything we had seen ourselves. Excellent service and pricing We have used Business Travel 365 several times and the service and pricing Erik gives us is always excellent. Last week British Air cancelled our and my wife's brother's family flights to Prague for our son's wedding. Erik was a tireless warrior and spent the better part of 4 days and many hours finding all of us new business class flights with Lufthansa. I cannot say enough about the wonderful and compassionate service Erik provided us. Thank you so much Erik!
