GBI was searching for my flights like any… I was searching for my flights like any other online shopper, I was then directed to Travel Breakz US on 04/04/2023. I was ready to make my purchase while I had all of our itinerary in our cart, ready to proceed, but then for a minute I thought to let me call them and talk to a live person, just to gague for customer service purposes. I was initially assisted by Chris who was amazing to begin with, but as the transaction progressed, I got the pleasure of working with Austin. Austin and Chris MADE IT HAPPEN!. They spent all the time needed, and with their continuous efforts and dedication in helping me purchase the right deal. Rest Assured their continuous support was unmatched. Their customer service was amazing. I was able to purchase the tickets for our destination and with the best possible options. We will do business with them again.
