Everything perfect We got a great experience with the one hour paddleboarding. The online booking was easy. GUSU was so helpful. They saw we booked for the afternoon when the sea was supposed to be choppy. They called us right away and offered an earlier time. Excellent instruction. Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

Helpful customer service We are traveling with 4 generations raging in age from 7 to 77. I asked several questions that would be of importance for the varied ages. The rep was patient and kind and even said call back if you have any more questions. The price was great with discounts for seniors and young children. Entertaining 7 people for an afternoon at such a reasonable rate is a treat! Thank you.

Good time The Price was great. The boat crew Tim and Kevin were hilarious and so informative and helpful. Only part I don't recommend was the front desk girl Mercedes, she was rude and we didn't appreciate it after dropping over 400$ on a hour and a half of entertainment. Otherwise we loved the ride, especially seeing the dolphins.

What a disappointment and waste of… What a disappointment and waste of money. First, they did a poor job of describing where to load on the boat, second, there wasn’t enough seating and most important, after two hours, only saw two dolphins. I could see that sitting on the beach. The young captain was nice, but no communication with those on board to inform us of what was going on. We just went in circles in the bay. It was a sunset cruise, so I thought it would be nice. Never again.
