Sarah rocks!! I had spent two hours trying to get everything coordinated between the hotel, flights, and a rental car. By the time I called a travel agent I was worn out and hadn't accomplished anything. When Sarah answered the phone she was able to get the flight I wanted (after I had been denied three times), a four star hotel in the area I wanted, and a rental car for me - all in about 15 minutes. The price was within my budget, too. From now on I am always going to use a professional to plan my trips.
