GBAvoid! I have taken similar bike tours in Seville and Boston and not once have I ever encountered such horrible customer service. My husband and I took the Central Park tour and at the last stop his chain was damaged. The tour guide left us and told us to find our way back to the store! We thought guidance and the ensuring our safety was included in the price of the tour ... turns out it's not! I called the store and after being transferred a couple of times the girls told me the same response. After 40 minutes we got to the store and all they cared to do was defend their actions and make sure that we had insurance (which was an extra hidden cost not included in the initial fee). So avoid these folks like a plague. They should learn to prioritize the customer not a stupid bike and treat us with a little kindness

BRExcellent Bike Experience I booked 2 bikes on Central Park Sightseeing website. Check-in at the location was very quick and in a few minutes we had our bikes ready to go. Location is very convenient just 3 blocks far from Central Park. Both bikes seats height were adjusted by the staff. Bikes were in good shape and working just fine. Returning the bikes were also very fast. I would definitely recommend.

GBNot the guides fault Company refused to refund or credit a portion of our fee when we were unable to complete our tour in Central Park. They shouldn't have sold that time slot when they knew there would be road closures within the park due to a concert that has been prearranged. That being said, great guide.

GBgreat service We rented 4 bikes to tour central park. one had a derailer problem while we were by the boathouse. We called and they rode a replacement bike to us in minutes and gave all of us an extra hour of time. great service.

GBOverall good but a few professionalism issues Overall, I really enjoyed the tour- the guide was knowledgeable and the biking was easy and relaxed. However, I did not appreciate that the tour started 20 minutes late and was longer than the 90 minutes stated on the website (would be better to say 1.5-2 hours so people can plan their days around it). Also, the tour guide (Joel) hit on me quite obviously during the tour and afterwards, which was really uncomfortable for me and my brother. Just because someone is being polite or friendly does not mean that you should abandon all professionalism because you think they're interested. Gross.
