Super Bad & Gross Useless people who have no clue on to what they are doing. We booked a flight which was cancelled. The airlines did refund the amount same day however these people have taken forever to refund it. They have proudly mentioned on their website that they will be refunding the amount within 24 hours however it's been more than a month we are still following up. NO one knows what they are doing there and just throwing up their fake accent. I don't recommend anyone booking from this website. Pay more and book directly with the airline rather than saving a bit of money on FHC deals and then having such bad experience.
