GBBookonline is a shame Bookonline is a shame. I bought refund protection and when I had to cancel I was refused refund. I had called and requested a call back to discuss questionable charges to which no one responded. Then I received an email stating that you/they had contacted the property who had a non refund policy. The property was Hilton Cleveland. I called them.After 30 mins. was told they bear no responsibility for reservations through a third party. I had talked to someone at bookonline initial and was told I would be getting the refund.

GBSuper quick and easy! This is one of the better websites I have used to book a room for a hotel. It was quick, easy and efficient. I'm normally very effy about booking online but this was absolutely wonderful!

GBIt was fine until... It was fine until I was automatically opted into a cancellation protection insurance plan that I would not have wanted and did not see an easily identified opt-out link. I will not use this bookline again.

GBGreat Customer Service I thought I had it booked online and was awaiting confirmation, it never came. Called in and they were so helpful and got me booked in less than 5 minutes
