The one thing I loved most is pricing - It gets No or very minor change on final payment page. Personalised deals is cherry on cake. Delays in providing service Delays in providing service. Had booked a ticket in evening for next day early morning flight,no tickets received on mail or SMS. On complaint, service received post 2-3 days of my flight. But thanks to Indigo airlines I requested for help and they helped me out.
