Scheduling and Pricing on Par… Having all of the available schedules and pricing was very helpful for scheduling my bus trip to Atlantic City and was quite beneficial. I appreciated it because I could contrast leaving and having lunch before completely leaving the area. Also even though you do not have senior pricing, the cost was competitive with other modes of transportation.

Believe it or not the bus was actually… Believe it or not the bus was actually clean! Didn't stink like they usually did when I rode it before in the past. It wasn't loaded with homeless or 'hood families either.

Onboarding always late or left before departure time and no refund. Stealing from people. That is what they are doing.

I am still upset about my missing… I am still upset about my missing luggage I never got back. I was never able to speak with anyone about it either. All of my new things just taken away from me. That wouldve never happened on a plane. Now a days i don’t even bring luggage. just my backpack because i don’t want my things to come up missing anymore because of greyhound.

Greyhound has good schedules to choose… Greyhound has good schedules to choose a trip from. The buses are reliable and on schedule from point to point. Drivers are great and keeps you well informed along journey. The buses however need upgrading. Buses used for long legs in trips MUST have a washroom. They should also have go seats that can recline a bit. I'm used to taking long trips by bus or trains, and this was the first time I ended up with severe pain down my neck, shoulder and laid-back because of sleeping uncomfortably upright in the seat. Otherwise, I'm a loyal Greyhound passenger but I want the brand to stay on top with comfort.
