GBThe Iberostar Selection Kantoui Bay The Iberostar Selection Kantoui Bay, although in my estimation, not a 5 star hotel, the staff make the difference. The cheerfulness, constant attention and cleanliness it appears is what is holding up this ‘tired’ once acclaimed 5 star property. The Iberostar brand can only be maintained if the ‘management’ invest in upgrading the overused parts of this magnificent property. I feel I must commend Amelie, the supervisor of the cleaning and management of the fourth floor who listened and understood my Complaint and worked quickly and efficiently to rectify what could have ended up as a disaster! As someone who has worked in the travel and tourism industry for over 50 years, 25 of which was running my own high end tour operation business successfully in London, I have designed some of the most luxurious tailor-made tours around the world. Being my first visit to Tunisia, I was impressed by the people I came across and I have every intention of returning, more likely to share my experience with the rest of my family. CAIberostar Playa Mita, Mexico We stayed at the Iberostar Playa Mita, Mexico. It was a nice resort, good food (except for evening buffet), staff excellent - very friendly. Limited Vegetarian options but they were good. My only complaint was the room cleaning was not thorough - made beds, emptied garbage, changed towels, but did not wipe down counters in bathroom or in room. Daily had to request 2 face cloths, even though tips were left. It is far from Puerto Vallarta, so expect to pay taxi's if you want to leave resort. Overall had a great relaxing time. I would definitely go back.

DKWill never return Will never return, even after 2 emails about a bad experience at one of their hotels this summer - we have never heard from them - we have never had such a bad experience at a hotel before. Iberostar club Cala barca should not have any stars.

GBBE AWARE! BE AWARE!! These people will take your reservation money and will not refund it even if you change your dates. Tried contacting the hotel directly and won't even take my calls. The lady in charge of reception - Leslie Barbieri - didn't even try to understand my situation and the reason why I changed my reservation dates. All in all I'm out of $1200.00 and no resolution from Iberostar in Lima, Peru. Lesson learned
