Better avoid this company Better avoid this company, they took my money, then after almost 2 days they told me that they cannot confirm my order. Now I do not have time to find an alternative. Also not sure if I will take my money back, because I do not believe now anything they are saying.

They are incredibly unprofessional They are incredibly unprofessional ! We paid a service to take my mother in law from the gate that landed to the next gate, they went to the first gate , they let her alone in the bus and then nobody went to help her to the next gate. A passagem helped her. And even more (!!!) they never answered the phone or my inquiry to speak with them (!!!)

My 15-year-old daughter's flight was… My 15-year-old daughter's flight was delayed 3 hours from Houston to Frankfurt. The company was advised and wrote back, saying they could not fulfill the service due to the delay. I was charged as a no-show. I have no problem paying for a service I hire, but I find it ridiculous that they could not provide the service, but they were swift in keeping their payment—no flexibility with this company.
