FREasy to buy, hard to do anything else I tried to change a ticket for another date. Did everything 2 days previous to my trip. Received a link to pay for the change, did the whole process. After during the day of my trip I thought bizarre that I didnt received any confirmation email. When calling to transavia call center, was informed that I lost my ticket and the change didnt occured. The person handling the call called a liar, saying that I didnt clicked in the payment link as I said (he didnt implied, literally called me a liar) and after said that I didnt had money to pay for my ticket change. Very bad customer service, felt like dealing with a gang member. The person used lots of sarcasm, i asked several times to a manager and he said he had no manager.

FRPAs simple Très difficile de comprendre les rapports entre transavia, Air France et Flying blue.... Les miles ok... quid des salons ? quid des bagages supplémentaires... Tout est très, trop vague...
