CAI wish I could give them -5 stars. I wish I could give them -5 stars. They sell special tickets with no details and information, you won't know that your international flight price doesn't include any baggage, and they won't cancel within 24 hours. I had to pay an extra 400 dollars for this after they chatted with me for an hour. An awful way of business. I feel I got scammed

GBNot sure where all the good reviews are… Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. Not honoring the advertised fare. Claiming that the airline didn't "accept" the fare? Then why bother advertising it? Called saying that this fare is not available, it did not include checked bags which would be $120 more and then advertising that another higher fare from a different airline. This is a classic "Bait N Switch ". Buyer beware

GBI want to thank Mr Morris I want to thank Mr. Morris for his professionalism. He made me want to give them my business however i had messed up on credit card information unknowingly. He gladly cancelled my reservation at no cost to me. I wish Customer care everywhere had more Mr. Morris.

GBDisappointed with seats Requested window and I’m smack dab in the middle of the plane 😕 My experience was great until I got my boarding passes and found out that I they did not pick window seats. In which I was assured window seat and both seats together. This is my first time flying and it is to celebrate my husband and my 20th wedding anniversary. So, I’m quite disappointed that I will not be able to see anything. Im waiting for Marvin to give me a call back to hopefully fix this situation. I truly hope this can be fixed as this is what I paid the service fee for. Please fix this. Jennifer or Thomas.

ITScarlett Johnson asked me to review to… Scarlett Johnson asked me to review to get the coupon and confirm my flights. The price advertised was not what was not the told. We ended up paying close to double or having to paying a $220 usd cancellation fee for a flight we never confirmed. The company could be more transparent but the customer service was nice people.
