I'm not sure who's end it was but I… I'm not sure who's end it was but I couldn't get the first ticket. But the second one was a lot easier. The first time it said that my credit card didn't go through but it sent me itinerary but said it declined so I didn't know what to make of it.

I had spoken to a couple of other… I had spoken to a couple of other places about getting a visa to China, but returned to FTG because they had provided excellent service some years ago - I was not disappointed! FTG was extremely helpful in making sure the application was submitted and issued in very short order. Thank you for excellent service - it was nice to know that your standards have been maintained over the years since I last needed a visa to China!!

I was in such a hard situation after losing my passport, thinking there was no way I could make my planned trip, but these guys got me a new one within 7 days. I would HIGHLY recommend using this service to anyone in a passport pinch- they are amazing.
