After reading the comments and reviews from people, I became scared as I had paid £209 for this 😅. But everything went smoothly, no hassles, tickets were sent to my hubby after 48hrs of booking and the journey was smooth.

GBTHIRD UPDATE/4TH POST THIRD UPDATE/4TH POST Notice Margaret from Esky responds to my reviews. Trust me when I tell you they never contact me. This company needs to be investigated and prosecuted/shut down. Let me reiterate they booked my return flight, charged me, and the flight never existed. I had to schedule a one way flight that cost me close to $300 plus I got home 18 hours later. Esky could care less. They got their money.

GBWaiting for a refund of funds that United Airlines sent to them, expecting them to forward the money to us. Here is the email that we have sent to American World WideTravel, which is, apparently, the parent of eSky: We have been trying, for some time, to resolve an issue with eSky regarding two United Airlines tickets that were booked thru eSky, and were subsequently cancelled. All of our efforts to work this out thru your call center have been unsuccessful. We are hopeful that this approach will work. To be clear, we are not seeking a refund of the fees that eSky charged us for making these reservations. We have never tried to dispute those charges. However, we understand that United Airlines has sent, to you, the funds that were to pay for the air fare, expecting you to refund them to us. These funds are owed to us, and we are asking you to send them to us, immediately. The details: The tickets were reserved for Tom E Bomer Ticket #01623584326965 Confirmation #J5WE42 Ticket #01623584518312 Confirmation #K2LXS4 The fee for the air travel, on each ticket, was $373.60. You owe us a refund of $747.20. We sincerely hope that this communication will lead to a resolution of this matter. If you need more information, we will be happy to help in any way possible.
