Waiting for a refund of funds that United Airlines sent to them, expecting them to forward the money to us. Here is the email that we have sent to American World WideTravel, which is, apparently, the parent of eSky: We have been trying, for some time, to resolve an issue with eSky regarding two United Airlines tickets that were booked thru eSky, and were subsequently cancelled. All of our efforts to work this out thru your call center have been unsuccessful. We are hopeful that this approach will work. To be clear, we are not seeking a refund of the fees that eSky charged us for making these reservations. We have never tried to dispute those charges. However, we understand that United Airlines has sent, to you, the funds that were to pay for the air fare, expecting you to refund them to us. These funds are owed to us, and we are asking you to send them to us, immediately. DONT USE ESKY. THERE SERVICE CHARGES ARE ASTRONOMICAL! I thought I was booking a flight on Avello airlines for $373.32. Somehow I got stuck on East sky unknowingly and didn’t realize and they booked my flight for me and actually charged me $99.40 to book my flight, I tried calling and got numbers that weren’t working. I finally got through somebody and they told me that’s what they charge $100 over your ticket price. Don’t use this. Make sure you go directly to the airline. This is absolute nonsense. $100 for a service fee, they oughta be shut down! Angry! Btw. I was transferred to a supervisor and was hung up on!

DONT USE ESKY! Just trickery I could have got the same flight on Ryanair website £40 cheaper! After receiving your reply I stick by my views given above Skyscanner give the exact same service as you but don’t charge exorbitant fees that are NOT VISIBLE before booking.If you don’t like my reply then tough you shouldn’t rip customers off!

Walt wants me to give them my credit card information and PAY them to process a refund for a cancelled flight I bought a ticket on Fly Dubai. Flight didn’t show. No email or text about cancelled flight. No airline representatives. I asked for a refund and Esky send me a credit card form to PAY them a dollar to process a refund. Their chat bot just kept send me credit card forms for more money. AVOID
