I went back and forth with him many times while I was attempting to get my affairs in order for the trip we wanted to take and he remained patient with me throughout the transaction. Im trying to modify my fares & i spoke… Im trying to modify my fares & i spoke with a representative of them a male to be precise yesterday & he told me i can get a credit for my money back & i can use it within 90days & when I called to do that today, i spoke with a lady & she was saying something different entirely this money & the first person i spoke with said I wasn’t charged when i was already been charged. Pls i need my ticket modify & i think theres no level of satisfaction in their business & their coupon is not useful to me 🤦🏿‍♂️
