Very helpful! Angela did a great job booking my first cruise with me, but I was thinking I would have gotten a better rate with a travel agent, like Dreamlines, verses booking it myself. Angela gave me the exact same price as if I were to book the cruise by myself.

High cancellation fees BEWARE!!!! Booked a holiday 12 months ahead and paid over $4000 deposit. 10 months prior to travelling, my health has prevented me from going in my holiday, so I had to cancel. I understood there was a $200 cancellation fee and I accepted that. However I had to pay a further $500 as hotel accomodation was booked…. I was up for a $700 cancellation fee although I gave them 10 months notice! Customer beware!!!!!!

Didn’t get my call Back that was promised. She got us a good room and told me she would call me on the following Monday. It’s been a week from that and still nothing!!!!! My friend who cruises frequently told me she should have helped me get my luggage tags and all that. Now I’m in a panic. We leave out of town tomorrow. Now I’ll have to drive 30 miles in to town to get all this done unless the help line helps me. Funny how when you call to book they pick right up. When you call to resolve something you are on hold forever, which gives me plenty of time to write this.
