VNThe airport taxi driver never showed up I booked an airport transfer service from Ubud, Bali to Denpasar airport with Stillvacation on Klook and the taxi driver didn't show up. I couldn't contact him/her through the provided phone number. Neither on Whatsapp. Even the emergency contact provided in the email wasn't able to be reached. I had to wait for almost 2 hours and no results. Coudn't track the status on the given link either. Finally I had to ask my hotel manager to arrange another taxi for me. It was the worst experience I had during my stay in Bali.
