So disappointed The staff are great. But the place doesn’t deserve four stars. The door for the minibar couldn’t close so the soda wasn’t cold. I took a juice and it tasted weird.. it was two month too old so they got me a new one. the next day I took an Icetea.. it tasted weird to.. found out it was too old too.. the breakfast are not very impressive - whatever you order it’s dry.. the eggs, the bread - even the tomatoes are dry. I ordered a steak and got pulled beef - apparently that’s a steak here. It reminds me of a two-star hotel I went to three years ago in Miami.

I used to stay at this hotel when I… I used to stay at this hotel when I went to Minneapolis. However, I will not be staying there going forward. They didn’t have a minibar in the room so I got really thirsty at night and had to go to the gym to get water. This just seems like something a quality hotel should have. Then I think I was double charged for the room one night (due to both the aggregator website and the hotel billing me). I tried to call them to get to the bottom of the issue and they literally do not answer the phone. I was on hold for an hour and they just never answered. So not really sure how to resolve that issue. Really shocking customer service, which is sad because it used to be a really good hotel.
