GBEasy to use, and WAY more options than the big name competitors We booked our hotel in the French Quarter through Neworleans.com after trying to book through several big name travel sites. Those sites simply couldn't compete with Neworleans.com's hotel selection and prices. The hotel we ended up booking seemed to be exclusive to neworleans.com. And the wealth of additional travel info on the site was extremely helpful after booking the hotel. It's really the only site we'll be using to plan our upcoming vacation to New Orleans.

GBTHEY SUCK We reserved and paid over $1000 to be at the Prince Conti Hotel April 11,12,13th. My son was involved in a near fatal accident March 29, involving 2 weeks in intensive care/Trauma . We notified New Orleans.com April 3rd, when it was apparent he would need home care after 5 different intense surgeries. We believe 8-10 days notice of cancellation as a result of a family emergency is adequate notice in a business that normally accepts cancellations up to 24 hrs before the occupancy date. Not New Orleans.com........They had a "NO Cancellation policy during one of the busiest times of the year...go figure. Keep the money while the medical bills go north of $250,000.....

GBOne stop for everything you need to enjoy New Orleans I recently planned our family trip to NOLA on neworleans.com. Everything we need from hotels to swamp tours all in one place! Planning ahead and knowing that the places and activities are recommended by the experts, the people who live and work in NOLA, made the experience so much less stressful. Won't go on a trip without booking neworleans.com again!

GBBest place to book a getaway! “I booked a last-minute girl’s weekend getaway on NewOrleans.com and got the best rates for a 4-star hotel in the French Quarter. Great information on the site about what’s happening in New Orleans, too.” Adrienne Raleigh, NC

GBHomeboy comes to visit hometown The hotel we choose was excellent with a great view and location. The french Quarter was close and there was the casino across the street and shopping attached to the Westin. Secure Parking is a big issue in NoLa and it was provided without any problems. The site NewOrleans.com provided excellent descriptions of the hotels to help you choose what best suited your visit needs, and ours was a reduced price compaired to walking in off the street to book a room. The King Suite was excellent and I would highly reccommend it to everyone.
