Worst experience had with Akbar travels Worst experience had with Akbar travels We mistakenly trusted this agency and lost money for no reason. We booked a returned flight from Dxb to Toronto with layover on USA. Unfortunately when we reached airport we were stopped for not holding US transit visa, when we contacted Akbar travels for help their operator bishnu was very rude to me and instead of apologising he accused me for not checking rules in fact he didn't help us,moreover he told us to send email which was sent already but till now no reply. We contacted direct airline they agreed to help us but this agency is worst.

I booked a Singapore tour package… I booked a Singapore tour package through Akbar Holidays.Firstly I would like to thank you and your team for providing us with a perfect experience for our time in Singapore. We had a wonderful trip. Everything was taken care of and we did not have to worry about our food or transport or sightseeing. The accommodation was also perfect. Poor customer service Poor customer service I applied for my uae visa from their consultant Raj, who is basically just a salesman and has no idea how the visa works. They claim to grant uae visa in 2-3 day but when I did not receive visa, I called him and he explained reason for the delay which did not make any sense so I wrote email directly to company and then they started my visa process.aftet getting visa , I needed some more information which neither raj nor the company replied. I would recommend to go with some other company if you don’t want to keep on calling them because if there is any issue , they are not gonna reach you easily.just see my chat and you will realise how they ignore you.

Prompt Service After booking Ticket Airlines comfirmed the ticket with one missing passenger.when enquired with Akber Travel.Agent Purnima promptly responded and took action and get airlines to reconfirm my tickets including all the passengers .Thanks Purnima and Team Akber Travels.

I applied UAE visa with them on… I applied UAE visa with them on 25-11-2021, i paid for express service and sent the documents straight away. Its been 12 days no clue what they doing, they disappeared with money and documents, i had a flight booked which i had to cancelled jus because of them, no communication at all, finally hired a lawyer sending them a legal notice in couple of days. Guys dont trust em they ripp u off mudcarters.
