GBHoliday Inn at Wolverhampton race… Holiday Inn at Wolverhampton race course Being put in a joining room next to strangers, its very noisy and an uncomfortable experience, I was not warned or asked as I would have not agreed to this. Mediocre rooms nothing to enjoy about them and rusty shower heads

TRAVOID! DO NOT STAY HERE AS YOU WILL NOT SLEEP If you expect to sleep don’t stay here! The staff are amazing however the management simply don’t care! Was here for medical tourism - kept awake all night with noise of traffic, wild dogs barking, elevator machinery, doors banging, large noisy tour groups, paper thin walls so you can hear other guests. We have recordings from every night of our stay from inside the room with window and balcony door closed! Raised with staff who offered 2 alternative rooms on lower floors nearer the noise! Offered upgrade to top floor for €150 per night which we of course declined! Noise was unbearable on night 7/14 that staff issued ear plugs!!! Told by IHG Customer Care that the General Manager would contact us within 48 hours - still waitiing! Have requested a refund for the nights we haven’t used and been told No as they offered room on a higher floor - no they didn’t! Also they stated that they had already given us a sea view room on the 9th floor when we booked a city view room like we should be thankful! Maybe the room we booked would have been quieter? We have now moved to another hotel at an additional cost - Do they think we would have done this if they had actually made a suitable alternative? Also they dispute when we complained - regardless of when we complained we paid for a hotel and expect to be able to sleep - pretty basic!!!

INTerrible Terrible. I had made reservation with prior payment. The front desk had very little idea and charged me again! The reservation doesn’t answer the call. The booking staff are pathetic to say the least. They have some good and some below par. They are not consistent. I would stay clear of them. Trust me! Don’t go with Holiday Inn in Aerocity New Delhi
