GBAbove and Beyond New York Stay website was an easy way to find the ideal accomodation. I always received quick responses from the 24 hour team. The booking system was a very easy process. Contact with both New York Stay and property manager was re-assuring. I received many emails with info on the apartment and info on the city. The personal touch of going back and forth with Melissa made it so much easier. Payment was secure. Had the best trip to New York thanks to all to then above

GBGreat Loft Apartment in SOHO (Little Italy) Staying in this beautiful apartment in a great location made our stay in NYC very special. The apartment is big, clean and extremely conveniently located. The owner, Larry met us and was very helpful explaining the area to us. When we come back to NYC this is where we will stay again.

AUBest way to stay in NYC We used NewYorkStay our first time in NYC a few years ago and had a great time despite a couple of glitches at the beginning (apartment unavailable the night we arrived; very hard to contact the landlord etc). This time it couldn't have gone more smoothly and the landlord left helpful notes and tips for the area, etc. It's so much more fun than staying in an overpriced hotel.

SEGreat personal service! It was easy to get in contact, with NewYorkStay, both by phone and email. Workes fine with payment, keys, everything. The apartment was totally ok. NewYorkStay were the only ones that could offer us a three room apt for a week w short notice, didn't find anything on airbnb, craigslist et cetera. Only reason I don't give five star is the fact that renting short term is illegal in NYC, and therefore the whole business is a bit strange. We had a visit by the police, a bit scary, but they let us stay.

CHsoho loft in howard street great loft - perfect host (grateful to him for some very useful advice). you'd never think broadway is just a few yards away and honestly, do you really want to be part of all these sheep-herd-like tourists driven through gates and barriers? just running from one sightseeing place to the next and completely missing out NY. this place gives you the chance to LIVE for some days in NY, even more, it almost forces you to live this experience. if sterile, 0815 plushy hotel-rooms are your thing, then stay away. if you enjoy to have "smile to go", a wonderful cafe, just two steps away, to pick up your morning cafe latte together with croissants or scones and meet people in the street, then it's a must. unforgettable.
