JMBeachbound is Trash Worst ever! I advise not to book through beachbound. The customer service agent is not knowledgeable & they're rude. They don't know what they are doing. They said one thing and did something totally different from what was discussed. I will never use them again

GBBeach bound under duress. Please see previous reviews regarding my experience with BeachBound. I emailed Socialteam as per their comment posted to my review. At the last minute, they were very competent at fixing the problem I had been working on for a month. Very nice finally. However, upon arriving at Cabo San Lucas Airport, the inclusive private transportation to and from the hotel indicated on the provided confirmation papers by BeachBound was nowhere to be found. No information was provided about who, when, or where it could be obtained. I had no phone service so I could not call BeachBound so we had to secure our own transportation. The hotel could not provide any information about it either and promised to contact BeachBound to clarify but never did. We are not pleased with the whole experience.

GBI don’t even think a 1 star is low… I don’t even think a 1 star is low enough! We booked a trip for 9 people and had to change destinations. While changing destinations one of our party’s name got changed wrongly. It has been a month long struggle our flight is tomorrow and it has not been corrected. One email stating it would be corrected 7 day before flight. Now I am on hold again with a nice lady who doesn’t have any power to do anything to help, you can’t get to anyone who can do anything. If they resolve everything and refunded our money I WOULD NOT EVERY use this sight again!
