Continue to argue for a refund Continue to argue for a refund. My flights were cancelled in April and was originally told to wait 3 months for a refund. Now they say I can't have a refund. They have taken my money and not given me a product which is a breach of contract and breach of my statutory rights. I am now seeking my money back through the courts because they have broken international law. I do not understand how they can think it is acceptable to take my money and not give me anything in return.

Very bad experience traveling with Aeroflot, Russian airlines. First of all, you think during all the travel you may be a problem because the planes are very uncomfortable, loud and they shake a lot. We traveled from Paris to Tokyo(16 hours) with a connecting flight in Moscow. We saw on the website they have a lot of different special meals, so we ordered 3 times vegetarian meals for both flights, but a little later we received emails telling us the reservation wasn't possible. The day of the flight we realized there were a lot of people with vegetarian meals and we could not eat anything during 16 hours! For the return flight, they changed the schedule of the second flight without sending us any notification / email and we arrived 2 hours late. The entertainment is very poor, bad quality of sound and movies. I would not recommend this airline and I won't travel with them again.

Never had any major issues Tickets are a bit expensive but it's compensated by possibility of picking more convenient time as multiple flights are available during the day. No hassle with luggage usual to low-costers flights. Seated me into business class instead of economy for free once.
