The worst business I’ve ever been… The worst business I’ve ever been associated with. We happily scheduled a vacation in late summer with them for February school vacation. We booked ski passes and other activities for $2000+ dollars (and our children, 9 and 11, were so excited). Exactly 1 week before our check-in, BookVIP called to let us know that it was canceled. We called the hotel where we were supposed to stay and they said there is vacancy, but at $1600 more (3 nights). Thanks for ruining our family vacation and wasting thousands of my hard earned dollars BookVIP. Shame on you

BookVip-Villa Del Palmar We booked a vacation at Villa Del Palmar in Cancun through BookVIP. La Casona Steak House was Excellent and Davino Italian restaurant was also delicious! The hotel is in a good location near Isla Mujeres and has several nice pools. We toured the new Garza Blanca hotel which was gorgeous, and we are anxious to return there for a vacation!

I tried to book a trip through book vip… I tried to book a trip through book vip and upon me submitting my reservation I received an urgent message to call this number with my reservation number. I called the number and was told by the representative that first of all those dates were sold out and then that due to a restriction with my fiancé's occupation we weren't eligible for the special price! OMG people read the reviews because the bad ones are valid. I read all the reviews and was still skeptical about booking. I will now go through bookit.com to make my reservation since bookvip.com is a joke! While I was on hold my name also flashed on the website stating that I recently booked well that shouldn't flash on the screen until your reservation is confirmed!

Very upset Very upset. Paid the $59 dollar deal for 3 nights in Gatlinburg. Daughter and I made arrangements to take off work and we were looking forward to it. When I called to confirm dates, they asked my approximate annual income, I was told I didn't qualify. As a single person, I would have to make $75,000/year minimum to go. They want u to have enough money so they can pressure you to buy into their vacation program. Very elitist and unfair. Would have qualified if I was still married. Should tell qualifications up front so wouldn't have wasted my time and had the disappointment. Very MISLEADING! All the good reviews don't mention the 90 minute plus presentation in which they pressure you to buy. The deal isn't worth their discriminatory practices. Should have known if it sounded too good to be true- it was.

Stupid policy It is simple discrimination company! You have to prove american citizen to book a hotel????I travel the whole world and I Never hear about it. Hope that anyone who born in another country or have some member if there family from another country never book with this company! Stupid policy, promotional discount only apply if both couples are american citizens!!! Im a legal citizen, and my husband ( american citizen). If you dont have hotels available, just dont sell it!!! My answer because I can not post it, Never mind !!! I book on BOOKING.com for exactly the same price! Any one ask me for my citizen...EVER No big deal.
