Can you f**king believe that arrogance and distrust after 10 years of flawless payments ... Shame on you National Geographic.

Just read it 2 days ago, got code from nat geo to access it, was prevented from entering code, which then expired. I have Gmail proof I have subscription n get daily notifications from Nat Geo, who is now owned by Disney, not google, so y is google preventing me from my nat geo acct, forgive me, but what business is it of URS?

Good work NG! Difficulties with getting our magazines at our foreign address led to our becoming acquainted with Jodie. She has done a smashing job of seeing that things were set right. Cannot say enough about the wonderful, caring, attentive service we've been given as the details were ironed out. Good work National Geographic!!!

People handling subscriptions are a disaster Almost a year ago I paid for a subscription to Nat Geo History. Everything was correct, but from day one they got my address INCORRECT and despite all my complaining e-mails, they have continued to do so for almost a FULL YEAR and I have yet to recieve a single copy. They are apparantly unaccountable for such mistakes and are certainly uncaring, or they would had made things right by now. Read the other reviews with people with similar problems. I feel nothing but frustration and anger for such avoidable incompetence and only wish I could be listened to.

Subscription to spam National Geographic used to be a very respected journal. Now, they teamed up with Lindblad Expeditions. Once you subscribe to National Geographic, they sell your address to Lindblad Expeditions without asking for your permission, and you start getting catalogues of offensively expensive travel offers, tens of thousands of dollars per trip, from Lindblad Expeditions, and it is impossible to stop. Cancelled National Geographic because of Lindblad Expeditions spam. Called National Geographic for help to stop the spam. Looks like the spammers may be their partners. The frequency of spam got less but did not stop. Please, save your sanity and DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC!!!
