GBThe most incredibly awful company I've ever dealt with I had a confirmed reservation email which said the instructions to get the keys would be sent within 5 days before the reservation. Reservation was for next day, so I called their office which is in eastern Europe, ignore the local US number on their website, it's misleading. My reservation was again confirmed, I was told I'd get the instructions on how to get the keys for the place later that day. Just before midnight, I received a cancellation email saying the reservation has been cancelled! Called them up this morning and they tell me my payment was declined, and all apartments are now booked! My credit card is fine, my credit card company didn't contact me to let me know there was an attempted charge on my account which they blocked which would be the only explanation given they process payments in eastern Europe. Seems like they had no availability for this 'Confirmed Reservation' and decided to cancel for a make believe payment processing issue. Any self respecting company would contact the customer before cancelling if there was a payment processing issue. Please, please stay as far away from this company as you can, literally the worst, most misleading scam artists I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Will be monitoring my credit card activity closely as I see some unauthorized charges in my future after giving these people my details... Avoid like the plague.

GBa great away from home experience My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this apartment, Belltown. The bathroom, closet, kitchen, and bedroom was perfect. The unit came with a balcony with views of Downtown and the Space Needle. Past reviews claimed the neighborhood was bad. I can say we felt secure and had little trouble with homeless or additional trouble. Check in and out was SUPER easy. We enjoyed the rooftop common area for morning coffee drinks and even celebrated New Years with neighbors. Overall 5 out of 5 experience. As far as feedback we would have liked a softer bed and nicer bedroom blankets. Street parking was SUPER easy but would have preferred to park inside the building as there were plenty of spots in the garage and would have liked the option.

GBPoor / terrible LA Apartment I recently stayed in a Ginosi apartment at 6533 Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles. We stayed in apartment 111 from 1st - 4th August. I have a number of issues that I would like to bring to your attention and feel you need to know about: 1. The apartment was spacious and airy however it had a terrible smell to it which resulted in us not wearing many of our clothes at our next destinations due to the smell that had got on the clothes from hanging in the wardrobe. It was stale and horrible! 2. The downstairs bar / night club having extremely loud music playing until the early hours of the morning resulted in us getting no sleep until it had closed. On one evening, the rooms and walls shook with the bounce of the music. This was completely unacceptable and not what you expect from a place you are paying to stay. 3. The cleanliness of the apartment lacked a lot to be desired especially when we were charged $120 cleaning fee. The floors were filthy and the bathroom had long hairs in the bath, shower and toilet from previous usage. The rim around the shower tiles was also clogged with dust as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. I feel this fee should be refunded at least as it wasn't clean. 4. Emails to the company to ask questions weren't replied to and still haven't been. 20.08.2016 2ND- REVIEW POST! MU REPLY TO THE GINOSI REPLY TO MY REVIEW: AFTER SIX DAYS FROM THE GINOSI RESPONSE I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THE RESERVATIONS TEAM REGARDING MY PARTIAL REFUND. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND AM BEING RUDELY IGNORED! I CAN ONLY THINK THE INITIAL KIND RESPONSE SYMPATHISING WITH NY ISSUES AND OFFERING A PARTIAL REFUND WAS JUST LIP SERVICE TO FOOL PEOPLE READING THIS REVIEW PAGE INTO USING THIS COMPANY. IT SEEMS THAT THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS SHAMBOLIC AND CLEARLY DOESNT CARE ANOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND MAKES FALSE PROMISES AND RUDELY IGNORES THEM. WE WERE HAPPY TO ACCEPT A PARTIAL REFUND BUT HAVE HEARD NOTHING. I EXPECT A PROMPT RESPONSE OR I WILL HE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER!

GBHow rude!! I travel to L.A. frequently, probably twice a month, and I've been looking for new options of places to stay. I found Ginosi Apartels on Hotel.com. and it looks terrific. I had a few questions so I called the number listed on your Hotel.com website. Here's how the conversation went: Me: Hi, can you tell me how close you are to the Palladium? Clerk: What?!?! Me: Can you tell me how close you are to the Palladium? (5 seconds of silence) Me: The theater on Sunset? (several more seconds of silence, I thought he was looking it up on line) Me: Hello? (several more seconds of silence) Clerk: Click. Wow! Really rude. I'm bummed because I thought this place might be one of my homes away from homes. But, if the reservations/front desk is so rude they cannot even carry on a simple conversation, I assume that the rest of the staff is also less than professional and pleasant.

AUDodgy Charged me again for my stay 1 month after we had left!!! Still trying to get money back. They claim technical error and immediate reversal was processed... Nothing has been reversed on credit card, plus now additional overseas transaction added to credit card!! NOT HAPPY GINOSI!
