I had booked a night at a hotel through Faremart in Wilmington, Delaware for a layover, and was flying out at noon the next day.I was disappointed because instead of the lakefront view, I had the scenic parking lot. Dialed the 1-800 number, and got through to Nelson. I explained the situation, and he was empathetic, saying he was "going to make me whole". I thought maybe a partial refund or a meal voucher was in the pipeline. He said he would call back. He didn't. Ninety minutes later, there were two (!) expensive-looking prostitutes at my hotel room door. They brought an ornate floral arrangement/gift basket, a bottle of Amrut Indian Single Malt whisky, and a tolah (10g) of the finest Manali charas. Yes, at 9:30p.m., on a Tuesday night in Wilmington, DE. We had a real late, fun, exhausting night, and I hang-over-slept and missed my complimentary Continental breakfast. I was home greeting my wonderful wife and children by dinnertime. Thanks again, Nelson!
