Last year I have booked a cruise with… Last year I have booked a cruise with cruise topic. The cruise was re schedule as the cruise ship was not ready as I the ship was a new one. I have asked for a full refund since we can't reschedule our leave. The refund never arrived and their costumer service is very poor.

Better Deals on Other Sites I found much better cruise deals on "CruiseDeals.com" and "American Discount Cruises"....This "top-cruise-deal" site was not to my advantage...

Selections too broad I am only interested in river cruises, and you send me email alerts about these, but when I click on the link it does not take me to river cruises. I will be unsubscribing if this does not improve soon.

Unuseful We are an Italian couple and we were in Orlando 3 weeks ago. Then my husband and I have looked for a brief cruise from Miami to Bahamas. Every day I received Top-Cruise-Deals by email and every time I opened the mail, read the content, choosen the proposal suited for us then the website didn't finalize and the only chance was the one to call by phone. So it was nice to receive daily very interesting and cheap offers , but totally unuseful. Best regards, Isabella e Davide

Australian/Australia Cruises Please Hi there; I'm looking for a cruise that has Australian destinations (& an Australian Cruise Company would also be personal preference).. particular destinations of interest are Margaret River/Broome (Western Australia) & anywhere in between. But I see you don't give "Australia" as a choice & everything looks expensive (the cheaper rooms/single always seem to be sold out as soon as I get the e-mails as per other sites I have looked at! So losing interest fast!... Thanks
