CHCustomer Service virtually not… Customer Service virtually not existing. Our flight was automatically changed to another flight by the airline, which made our travel plans a mess. Changing the flight was not possible: the airline said, we need to talk with Cheaptickets. Cheaptickets has a chat bot which did not resolve anything and contacting by email is a joke, since they first ask you to confirm that you really want the email to be processed by them and that it is going to take five(!) days. So if anything goes wrong, don't count on this company, they will leave you alone.

NLBuy tickets on line… I bought 2 tickets through this company. An half hour later they told me that it wasn't available for the price they asked. Then they told me it can take up to 10 days before I get my money back. But they said to make up we give you a voucher of 15 euro. Hopeless company. Never book with them.

GBHave never had a worse experience with… Have never had a worse experience with a company and their customer service. Booked a flight that said “no cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours”. I called to cancel 15 hours later, spent 1.5 hours on the phone, just for them to tell me they can’t cancel. Will never use this website again. Legit false advertising.

GBBait & switch Bait & switch. I made the reservation, then, lo and behold, there were no seats at that price for the month of December; BUT he would gladly upgrade me for more than twice the amount at which I booked the reservation.

BEUnusable tickets Cheaptickets sold me 2 Ryanair tickets for 2 14 year old children. Ryanair doesn't accept them unaccompanied. Afterwards I saw that the website of Ryanair makes it impossible to book for 2 minus 16. But cheaptickets shamelessly sold me 2 unusable tickets. When I noticed it I couldn't reach them because they don't have a real service desk, only a chatbot that answers standard questions. Do not book with them!
