Totally disappointed!! Never ride again!!! Book a ride at 5.40 Driver supposed to come at 5.46 as the confirmation. But on the map noticed he is going far away from my location. Then msg him and asked whether he is coming. He said on the way. But he is going 17 minutes far away and then he mentioned he is on the way. Then he came to pick up me at 6. 27 pm. Totally disappointed about the service and the way the driver acted. I was waiting after works to going home to my kids and because of this I had to paid extra $15 per kid, to Nanny. Never need to ride again with them and decide to go back with Uber or any other service. Wish I can give 0 start to this service. Totally upset about the service I have all evidence and time to time screen shots.

I was charged over $70 for my Lyft… I was charged over $70 for my Lyft ride. I was taken to a destination that would have been a sketch part and Atlanta that I never put in for my trip. I was supposed to go directly from Buford to Braselton and was taken to Atlanta. This did not only, jeopardize my safety, but also charged way too much. The driver was nice and I do not necessarily blame him as as he was sitting in the driveway waiting for me (As I was looking for my phone, I clearly couldn’t have added anything) A new address was added as a stopping point before going to Braselton. I have tried going through the app and of course there or no way to communicate with an agent via chat or on the phone, I am going to take further action if I do not get some sort of communication regarding this matter. I am a single mom and putting my safety and Jeopardy as well as overcharging me is not OK now it is clear there are no customer service numbers

I drove for them for 5 months up until… I drove for them for 5 months up until yesterday. Lyft seems to be for/support the endangerment of children. On the regular Id have some horrible mother try and get in my car with an infant with no car seat. I’d tell them I couldn’t do that and I would need to cancel and they would be refunded. They reported me for racism and Lyft permanently deactivated me and I can no longer support my family. Before that I had a passenger throw a rock at my car because I wouldn’t pick them up on another occasion with a baby without a car seat. I sent Lyft The pictures of the damage to my vehicle and the passenger in response reported me for racism. Either they don’t care and believe any and all claims regardless of my almost perfect rating and my recorded rides proving there was no racism or they support the endangerment of children. I’ve already obtained an attorney to sue them for illegal termination.

App chose dangerous pickup location I've been using Lyft for years and previously, it would have driver pickup at my exact address. For some strange, unsafe, exhausting and dangerous reason, the app chose to have me walk in the dark to an address 4 blocks away, down a busy highway. I called the driver to give exact address for pickup. When driver entered address in app, driver was sent 10 blocks from actual pickup address. 😳 the app would not allow to edit pickup location without CANCELING ride, which would have charged me for THEIR ERROR. if this continues, I will go back to using UBER.

Don’t work for this company Don’t work for this company, a friend was one ride away from getting his bonus…and how convenient lift disabled his app so he couldn’t drive . He called the customer service to see what happened. And the person straight up lies says he can’t help and there’s no person to help in that department and that he will be contacted through email within 24-48 hours . 2 days later he spoke to lift again in that department that the person said there’s no one he can talk to . And once again they lied and said someone complained about non working seat belts which is another lie. And that they tried to email him , which is another lie. This company scams their drivers . And by the looks of these reviews they scam their riders too. Meanwhile my friend is going through hardship trying to feed his 3 kids and this company is just taking , like they don’t make enough. What a sad world we live in. Beware of this company
