I am disappointed they did not vet this fraudulent operation before they allowed it on their website. Transcript of voicemail they left as soon as i had booked what i thought were super fares. Untrustworthy My review is from a few years ago . We used booking buddies .com to book an room in Barcelona which was advertised on their website as a five star rating . The flat which had several rooms which were rented out was awful We had to go up 8 flights of stairs which had big holes and broken concrete on it. The bathroom was filthy and worse had bare wires coming out of the wall in several places including in front of the shower . The bed was small and uncomfortable and had stains all over the bedding which just had a sheet on it. When we came back we contacted booking buddies but they never replied to our emails . We then posted a review about it you on their website for this particular room but it was never put it on their website ...they only put some five star ratings on there which clearly must've been put on there by the website themselves as it was the worst place I've ever stayed in. Don't use this website if you want good quality accommodation and honest reviews .

Booking Buddy is NOT the cheapest place around, at least not when I flew. I priced airline tickets for a recent trip from Columbus Ohio to Fort Myers Florida using the Airlines web site, Booking buddies, orbitz, priceline, and expedia. I found that expedia was the cheapest and really easy to use. I was pretty disappointed with the others since their prices were higher in comparison

Zero rating if I could Zero rating if I could, then I thought it was a scam. Picked out my dates and flights, no one confirmed my seats. When I finally reached someone after saying...is this a scam, they said those flights are over booked. I'm booking 3 months in advance. Soooo I canceled everything. And went with Priceline which is legit.

Terrible Customer Service This company is one you should stay away from. There are many that more reliable when it comes to honesty and integrity. They booked a hotel for me in Venice Florida instead of Venice California and refused to refund the money. I told the young rude agent on the phone that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and he laughed at me. He said calling the BBB is old school, so who really cares. In the vein of this new school hi-tech venue, called the internet, I decided that more people would probably read my review this way.
