GBI haven’t actually had the pickup yet… I haven’t actually had the pickup yet but the person on the phone was very helpful in assisting me to navigate the online reservation for. The form is confusing in two Areas. 1. It wants military time 2. The question that asks what number comes before 5 is actually a security question to make sure you’re not a bot and wants you to say 4. Neither of these questions explained what was wanted.

GBI’ve been pleased with the ease in… I’ve been pleased with the ease in making a reservation for transportation service. Syad was very courteous in explaining the details for the cost and the specifics as to where my driver will be located once I arrive at Union Station in DC. The invoices sent via email are clearly written and informational points are included. I feel reassured that my reservations are now confirmed and look forward to my upcoming trip.
