A nervous flyer I was a nervous wreck throughout the entire process. This was my first time flying with my elderly parents and I was so scared! Pablo Rivera was a God sent he was so calm and reassured me over and over that he would help me! Not only dis he help he ensured my parents were placed with wheelchair on both leaving and returning flights! He has helped me a couple days before to find our flight information on website of company to calm me down and extended his help for the day before we fly which will be in a couple days! He's GREAT!!!

Best experience….!!!! The experience was great!! Daisy Scott was extremely helpful and understood any and all the frustrations that I may have had. It was a very long process to have my needs met, but Ms Scott was consistently, caring and friendly the entire time. Not once did I feel like she was pushy or misleading. She absolutely went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. Ms Scott, you are a blessing and you are what every company needs…Thank you again for being awesome Daisy Scott!!!!

Issac was extremely professional and… Issac was extremely professional and helpful with booking my vacation flights. We were booking a family vacation from 2 different airports to Punta Cana. He not only was professional, polite but was friendly and worked to help make our plans work. He us a very personable employee and his supervisors should be proud to have him as an employee!!
