We arrived well before the scheduled… We arrived well before the scheduled pickup time and I notified my driver. In a few minutes they picked us up. All was perfect !!!

Highly Recommend… Booked Elfie for a ride from Schipol airport to our hotel—family of 4. We were tired and an overwhelmed after our overnight flight and a bit confused about where to meet. Called the contact number and the customer service rep was amazing and called the driver and patched us through to talk to him. He told us where to meet and she stayed on the line until we found our driver. Driver was courteous and ride to our hotel was seamless. Van was spotless.

Very bad Very bad , not have message after booking ,when I arrive no one to contact me ,so i call to call center and then staff tell me you don’t know process… What???? I don’t have people to contact me ,How do I know? What should I do? Staff in Suvarnabhumi is very Terrible service

Our driver was excellent as she communicated with us the day before pickup for details, she showed up early, drove like a true professional, very kind, super courteous, and very fun to talk with. Her vehicle was clean and had live TV. Thank you very much as we won't forget her and how true of a professional she was. What a great company to have excellent drivers working for them. Will definitely recommend and use them again!!
