Kevin was very attentive and considerate. Kevin was at first unable to help with a flight being rescheduled. However he then called me back and had a solution to my request. He was able to rebook my flight and also credited my account for the remaining amount. He went above and beyond to assist me with getting travel plans. He convinced me to continue using Southwest Airlines after I was extremely disappointed I did not make it to family for Christmas. Kevin was very considerate and helpful. Thanks Cecelia

Scam artists This company and apparently their employees are lying scam artists. I was involved in the fiasco with SW Airlines in December and in trying to get back on. They represented themselves as SW Airlines and charged me $175. for a return flight that was cancelled. SW Airlines stood behind all of the fees that I incurred (except with the scam artists) because of the problems and I will continue doing business with them. But I will let everyone know what a horrid experience it was dealing with Luna and Valvalto. Shame on you for your lies and deception.

Luna Taylor help us to solve our problems, she put extra effort to get our flight reservations after our flight we’re canceled with Hawaiian airlines.
