I receive text messages regarding pick up time at my home or where to meet the car at the airport. I've had several different drivers & they're all excellent. Great Experience I had a last-minute change of plans and reached out to Arizona GO on their website on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday ride from Saddlebrooke Ranch to PHX. Luckily they had availability. They reached out to me within 30 minutes of my submitting the form. I appreciated that since I was a new customer, they called me to go over pricing, how everything would work, and to see if I had any questions. Paying was easy. The excellent communication continued Monday as they texted me to let me know who my driver would be and that they were on their way. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. Greg listened to me vent about my stressful week, and we had an enjoyable conversation, making the trip pass quickly. I will definitely use Arizona GO again and will recommend this service to others!!

Very kind and accommodating! First, let me say Greg is awesome! I called Greg to inquire about their services less than a week before I was going to need to get to airport VERY early on Thanksgiving morning. He informed me to fill out the reservation sheet online and he would call me to confirm. I filled out the form, but on the wrong website! Now only days before, I called Greg to confirm my ride and even though at this point it was a late notice for a ride, he was very kind happy to accommodate me! He directed me to the correct website and I was met with speedy responses to the correct form being filled out. The price was reasonable, he was right on time, and it was a smooth ride. I will definitely use ArizonaGo! again when I need a reliable ride.
