However, the next day I received a call from Katie Frey and she quickly helped me realize I had nothing to be concerned about. She helped me with ticketing the flights I wanted with Delta and I saved over $200. I would definitely recommend and use them again..Katie was exceptional to work with.

Exceptional customer service from Katie! Katie, you are simply the best. We had to book a last minute flight, twice!! As a result of being bumped off the first flight we found. I called in and Katie was able to ensure we had a flight on specific days, non-stop and at the times that worked for us. Not worth the “good deal” Total scam. Save yourself the frustration and buy through a reputable website. I bought tickets and after a couple minutes received a call from a representative saying tickets as purchased were not available and requesting for additional payment for upgrade or changing tickets to different airline. Guy got very combative when I just instructed him to cancel reservation and refund money. Worst experience I’ve had purchasing airline tickets and I fly regularly. Not worth the “good deal”.
