Duke was very helpful in getting our… Duke was very helpful in getting our family flights to Hawaii during Thanksgiving. He saved us thousands! It was about 48 hours after submitting order online that I received a call and email. The price was a little more than online quote but still got tickets for a third of what airline was selling direct. It was a pretty seamless process and Duke was good with following up.

Great Service Using Chat feature I worked with Kate Garcia who was very patient with me. I did get the itinerary I wanted. Notwithstanding, you do have to keep up to get your confirmation. Kate told me to look for my confirmed reservation within 24 hours. Well, I’m impatient so I used the messaging service the following day and Ron was able to let me know that my flight was confirmed and I should get an email within an hour. I did and confirmed with airline. Thus, using the chat feature worked well. But you should make sure you are getting what you asked for. Specifically, if they send you Trip Plan, make sure all the info is there including the class you requested before Accepting.

He was patient, polite and respectful and focused on getting a good deal in the dates we choose. Already planning for more trips just for this year. Great customer service Great customer service. 9/15/24 I needed to make some changes on my booking. Due to current weather issues we had no cell service on our listed number. EJ was kind enough to begin solving our flight issues via email. Did manage to get phone service at another location from our home and EJ was very kind and understanding despite the poor cell sevice.

I initially booked flight tickets with… I initially booked flight tickets with Flight for all and was disappointed to find out that our flight tickets were not confirmed and the price posted on the site was different/higher for a confirmed ticket. I called back and was able to talk with Ben. He was able to help us find a flight at an affordable price although it was not as cheap as the initial price, it was better than other sites. Ben was very helpful and calm. I hope we don't run into any challenges when its time to travel. I'm keeping my fingers cross.
