Attractive Pricing My travel advisor was great in finding alternative dates which made my trip much more affordable. On the down side, Wholesale Flights outgoing calls seem to appear as “potential scams” on the customer end. As a result, I missed several calls from my Advisor. My phone system often cancels what it believes to be scam calls.

Terrible experience Terrible experience - high quotes. Business Class Guru or Wholesale Flights are not at all customer service oriented, and seem to only care about commissions made. While they tout 30-70% off Business and First Class, one of their general sales managers quoted San Diego to Lyon at $4,000 on Lufthansa, higher than Lufthansa's own published fare of $3,609. I will not deal with Business Class Guru again.

Excellent company with fast, responsive service I've used Wholesale Flights for years for biz class flights at prices usually significantly less than via the airlines directly or via services like Expedia. Their personnel are top-notch and usually very responsive. On the con side, I've noticed recently a push for add-ons after I've booked the flight but perhaps this is now a trend everywhere.

Jeff Stein always comes thru!!! We have used Jeff Stein with Wholesale Flights a few times now and have also recommended him to friends. He's efficient (almost too much!!!) , gets very good prices on overseas business class and first class flights that beat everyone else! Once you fly 1st class or business...you'll never go back to anything else!!!! MMS
