We were originally booked on British Air in Premium Economy and tried with horrific results to upgrade to Business ( they wanted to charge us $10,000!). I decided to look into other airlines and business -tickets.com popped up ..what did I have to lose? I emailed them with my intentions and within a few hours we were booked and confirmed on Virgin Atlantic Upper Class for about half of what BA wanted to charge us. We lost a few bucks on our BA flight but we're overjoyed with Jane's suggestions and attention to details. She kept us informed all along the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
