Fond Travels SCAMMERS Ron of Fond Travels represented himself as Egypt Air on the phone. A deceptive ad online provided their number as Egypt Air US reservations. Ron asked for my personal star gold sign in AND password so he could tell me the luggage allowance for a flight!!! He said it was ok to give my password to him because we were on a secure line. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

HORRIBLE TRAVEL AGENCY I have never dealt with a travel agency that is so shady, hard to understand, fast talking and nasty when it comes to trying to resolve an issue. STAY AWAY!! They will leave you high and dry with no apologies. They charged me $275 to cancel a flight, $140 to change a date and I was given a minimal credit certificate that only they will redeem. Never going to happen. Live and learn.
