I'm very disappointed in this company I'm very disappointed in this company. I arranged a visit with them for Russia but when the Ukrainian war broke out I decided it was not a good time to go to Russia I asked the company multiple times for a refund of the money I paid them to arrange a visa and they promised on multiple occasions they would send me a refund but after a year it still hasn't shown up Every time I contacted them they were very apologetic and blamed the delay on their accounting department which I now believe was just an excuse and they never had any plans to refund my money I would avoid having anything to do with this company

The MOST professional The MOST professional, easy to use, speedy service one can get and for a reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend. Will use again when needed, and most certainly recommend to all I know. Communication is the best, and they let you know every step as to what is happening and what to expect. Love this service.
