Even after Micheal asked us if everything was correct including spelling on our confirmation, we missed two transposed letters, Micheal went above and beyond getting new tickets out to us with the proper spelling. I received an email that my flight was… I received an email that my flight was successfully canceled. I panicked because I did not want my flight (that I booked for my son) to be canceled. I phoned customer service and spoke to Abin. He was very professional and helpful! He checked into it and found my flight was not canceled, and sent me a confirmation email stating such.

SCAM No option to give 0 stars No option to give 0 stars. This is a scam company. I booked my flight for 2 and had to cancel due to covid diagnosis. I was told I had to pay 250$(which I did) in addition to my fare to cancel this reservation. They refused to refund me. I had one year to use my future credit. I rebooked one of the 2 reservations and had to pay an additional 150$. To no avail I cannot reach company no response to my emails and the phone message says " vacant number" I have called daily and to no avail to get my money back. Greater than 500$. I was harassed and called back on several occasion when booking my initial flight when I told the agent "Ted",the flight was too expensive, and I could book on google. Obviously from India by accent if I had to guess. It is the preverbal bait and switch. Do not use this company at all costs... and trust me, it will cost you! This is the number the email stated to call to use future credit.855-222-7164. Buyer Beware. Multiple emails later and still no response. Hard lesson learned in Medford Oregon. Book through Airline directly. During hard times I tried to save a $ and ended up spending $$$$ more than I had. This was the first time I used…cheapbestfares.com. Excellent Service This was the first time I used cheapbestfares.com and I am very happy with their services. When I first made the reservation, I selected the wrong month for travel but within an hour when I noticed that I made a mistake, I immediately called them. This company quickly help me canceling my original reservation and re-booking at the correct dates. They kept me updated with the progress and within 12 hours they were able to resolve my issue and request. They did help me make the new reservation at no additional cost or fee. Very happy with their customer service and highly recommend them.

Great customer service Kendall is a very pleasant, experienced , professional with a great customer service. The proses was tedious, but Kendall made it easy for me to get my ticket. The ticket price was completely out of my budget and expectation, but at least he be able to get me direct flight. He took his time to find this ticket for me. I am very happy with his service and I appreciate him very much.
